One of my favorite things about our farm is that it is constantly changing. Every time we go, we find something new to treasure. Sometimes it's new wildflowers, a new animal, or the creeks have swelled. No matter what, nature never disappoints! This time, almost the entire 77 acres were in bloom with these beautiful, dainty, white wildflowers. They resembled babies breath and almost looked like snow. It was truly majestic and awe-inspiring to drive through the trails in their midst.
And, in other news, after a brutal Kentucky winter this year, I was sincerely worried that my garden hadn't started to come back. But voila! This time we arrived to discover that life is resilient and my Lavender and Mint have prevailed! I do have to replace my rosemary, chamomile, and a few of the less established Lavender plants. But, for the most part, the garden is in tact. Yay!!!
